Meet Matthew Rodrigue

Matthew is the founder of Rock Real Estate Services. Before starting the firm, he served as Director of Investments for a family office overseeing a $100 million real estate portfolio. That role meant managing assets across multiple structures, coordinating with investors, and handling the financial reporting that institutional owners require.

That experience taught him where most accounting firms fall short with real estate. They handle the debits and credits but miss the bigger picture. They do not understand what a lender needs to see, what investors expect in their reports, or how depreciation strategies should tie back to the tax return. Matthew built RRES to close those gaps.

He is also a real estate investor himself. He knows the questions owners ask because he asks them about his own properties. That perspective shapes how the firm approaches the work. The goal is not just accurate books, but books that help you manage and grow your portfolio.

Matthew holds a master's degree and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and investor services. He built a proprietary application for tracking debt, insurance, and client communication because he has lived those challenges firsthand. The firm works across every major property management and investor platform.
