Can you work with investors across the country?

Yes. Rock Real Estate Services is fully virtual and works with real estate investors across the 48 contiguous states. Your location does not limit the services we can provide.

Everything is handled remotely through secure document sharing and cloud-based accounting platforms. We work with QuickBooks Online, AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, DoorLoop, and other property management systems that our clients already use. Your data stays where it lives, and we access what we need to keep your books accurate and current.

The virtual model makes sense for real estate investors. Many of our clients own property in multiple states. Some live in one state, own rentals in another, and have LLCs registered in a third. What matters is that your accountant understands real estate, and that is all we do. Whether you need monthly real estate bookkeeping or full back-office support for a syndication, we can handle it remotely.

Every engagement is led by Matthew Rodrigue, the founder. You work directly with Matt throughout the relationship. When you call, a real person answers. That level of access stays the same regardless of where you are located.

We handle everything from tax-efficient accounting to investor capital accounts and K-1 preparation for syndicators. For investors who need strategic financial guidance, we serve as a fractional CFO for real estate as well. The full scope of what we offer is available to clients anywhere in the lower 48.

If you own rental property or run a real estate business anywhere in the contiguous United States, geography is not a barrier. We work with landlords, syndicators, developers, and operators from coast to coast.
